Myrtle Beach ranked among top five travel destinations for summer 2024

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WPDE) — The Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce (MBACC) and Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) announced the city was recognized as a Top Family Travel Destination for Summer 2024, according to Google Flights.

Myrtle Beach came in second on the travel website’s top five list based on the most searched-for destinations by American families for travel between June 1 and August 31. Myrtle Beach was also the only US-based destination on the list.

Travel agent feud leads Ryanair to lower profit forecast by up to 5%

Even the world’s biggest low-cost carrier needs travel agents, it seems… After several online travel agencies (OTAs) suddenly stopped selling its flights late last year, Ryanair has lowered its profit forecast by as much as five per cent (around AU$164 million ) for the year ending March 2024.
